After 7 years, the builders removed all the old stonework right down to foundation level then rebuilt using new stone. The only problem now is it’s not level, as you can see by the photo below

The left hand side of the property is ok but the centre of the house goes out by 20mm from left to right, and the right hand side of the property goes out 28mm from right to left thus making the house look as though it now has subsidence.

This was noted by the builder at the beginning of the laying of the stone but carried regardless. If there had been a discrepancy at the beginning why did he not resolve the issues before he had reached the damp course?

These are questions that need answering; we also require a conclusion to yet another mistake.
