Now we have the go ahead for all outstanding works to be completed I shall be keeping a diary of events.

I have to say now that a loss adjuster has been appointed to ensure the works are completed to a satisfactory level how impressed we are, it looks as though Zurich have taken themselves out of the equation and realised the only way to sort out the problem of my house is to appoint an outside company in and complete the job they started over 4 years ago.
